PARAMS (json)Array of the parameters within a given scope
PARAMS returns an array of the parameters within a given
scope. eg function, private,
autocomplete or shell script.
Unlike $ARGV, $PARAMS does not include the
function name.
This is a reserved variable so it cannot be changed.
